1. How long does shipping usually take?
Our company ships from our United States based warehouse and shipping takes 4-7 business days depending on the state you live in.
International shipping (outside of the US) takes anywhere from 7-15 business days depending on the country you live in and on how long your customs office takes to process the order.
Note that all of these times are subject to change due to unforeseen strikes by shipping partners, COVID-19 restrictions and various other factors and that your product and satisfaction is our #1 priority.
2. How does the money-back guarantee work?

3. How do I find my size for the products on this store?
Navigate to the product you would like to purchase from the home screen, scroll down and you should find the sizing for the product you are looking for, all products that we sell have their own custom sizing charts.
4. When I get to checkout there is a different currency that I checkout in, is this normal?
Yes, this is totally normal, our payment processor processes our payments in ZAR (R), do not be alarmed by this as the amount you would pay in your normal currency (e.g. USD, EUR etc.) is the same, it is just converted to ZAR at checkout, everything remains as per normal, we still ship and have our operations in the US, we just process with another currency. Note that there are no fees that we add when it comes to this process.
